South Family Jewellers is a locally owned and operated boutique jewellery store bought by Alison and Stuart Paterson in late 2001. The warm and cosy store has seen some exciting changes over the last decade as the business has grown under Alison’s management. There is a small and dedicated team who work in the shop front and behind the scenes in the workshop to bring clients a complete and fulfilling experience when they come into the store. Alison works with a philosophy focused around the customer, her staff and the systems and processes that run the business. She takes pride in the product that is presented to her customers and takes great pleasure at displaying jewellery in innovative and eye catching window displays. We attempt to create an ambience that is welcoming to all our customers and make the experience of purchasing jewellery an enjoyable memory. This is highlighted by our return clientele. We, at South Family Jewellers enjoy the interaction with our customers and find it gratifying when the selected item is chosen as we know it will make some special person happy. Our sales staff includes Judy Crust, who has been with South Family for over 10 years. She certainly has a keen eye for beautiful jewellery and warm approach to customer service and support. Jill Bridges has been with South Family for over 8 years and brings a wealth of pearl stringing expertise to the store, again with a warm and engaging focus on helping to find those hard to find gifts. Margaret is our latest member of staff, she brings to our store her wealth of knowledge about jewellery. South Family has a team of two jewellers who provide what every customer wants - customer service with an outstanding product. We welcome any jewellery lover to come and share our lovely store with us and enjoy what is on offer.
