Physical fitness program 
The Entrance Parkrun offers a flat, out and back, 5km course along Tuggerah Lake foreshore, serviced by volunteers and two nearby toilet blocks. The event is well-attended and timed, with an early 7am start. The course is accurately measured and follows picturesque lake scenery, with occasional cancellations due to lake inundation.
