Tim Routledge and Lynore Munro have spent over 25 years working in the industry they love . Tim, whose father was a Queensland builder, started as an apprentice carpenter and worked his way through the industry to qualified carpenter, supervisor, construction manager, building manger, and now company director. Lynore, whose father also worked in construction, entered the industry in North Queensland, working in sales and design for some of the largest builders in the region before moving to Brisbane to continue her building career. “Design and building is the foundation of who we are, which is why we have a totally hands-on approach in all aspects of the business.
