Back on Track is a small, studio-based practice, where quality one on one Clinical Pilates training and Physiotherapy are offered. Our staff are courteous, polite, highly trained, and will educate you in lay terms about how to best look after your injury. All of our physiotherapists have a degree in Physiotherapy or post-graduate qualifications. At Back on Track we offer manual therapy for spinal and sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal care, headaches, joint replacements etc. Whilst traditional pilates is suitable for people without injuries, Clinical Pilates is suitable for everyone, and is particularly aimed at people recovering from sporting injuries, neck and back problems, and pre- and post-natal ladies.
