I have had two very positive experiences with Peter from P&L Appliances. Both were on the phone. The first time I rang when our dishwashing machine was not draining properly. After asking questions, He suggested I contact Bosch as they had a problem with some models, and he said he wouldn't waste my money my coming to look at the machine if the issue was something Bosch would fix for me. Well, Bosch did fix it - it took them 5 minutes to open and unblock the pipes, and they charged $200! A few months later a similar problem occurred but when we opened the pipes ourselves, there was no blockage. I then rang Peter who problem-solved with me on the phone over a period of 10-15 minutes and a couple of call backs. No fee charged. Just ethical, helpful advice!
