The clinic was initially located on Gympie Road, Strathpine and later moved to its current location, in a purpose built clinic on Mecklem Street. The Practice was originally started by John and Jeanette Brien. It now has four Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners, a Naturopath/Natural therapist, two Remedial Massage Therapists as well as a team of wonderful clinic assistants. The Clinic prides itself on being able to provide a comprehensive range of Complementary Medicine Therapies. We believe in Wholistic medicine and offer a range of treatments. Each person is treated as a 'whole', the big picture of their health is looked at, not just their ailment. With this approach the root cause of a health issue can be identified and treated (and not just the end result). Our principle aim is to help people with their health issues, to care for, support and assist people to improve their overall health and to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. The clinic is open Monday to Friday with both morning and afternoon sessions available and also Saturday mornings.

Eden Acupuncture is a health clinic which uses Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbal and nutritional supplements (many are practitioner only brands) and multiple massage therapies. Specialising in chronic and acute back pain, work and sporting injuries, digestive and energy problems, fertility issues, menopause symptoms, stress and tension and a vast range of health issues. Our acupuncture treatment consists of an Initial consultation(approx. 1 hour) in which we go through your health history, formulate a treatment, then a 10 min complimentary massage and acupuncture (cupping, moxa or gua sha if required) all included in the initial consultation price. Follow up treatments will include a brief on how your treatment went, any health updates, massage and acupuncture, and will take around 40 mins. Health fund rebates apply for acupuncture treatments. Massage therapies include, remedial, deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy, hot stone and the ultimate foot massage.
