1. Turn off all electricity and water supply
2. Seal off the room
3. Remove as much of the wet insulation, drywall and other materials from the area as possible
4. Use a pump or vacuum cleaner to remove as much of the standing water from the area as possible 2. Keep removing all items that are even remotely wet until you can tell for sure it’s dry enough for salvagement from the room
