How do we do this so quickly? – Safe Home Inspections assisted in the development of a Building Inspection Software program called ABC inspection Software which has since been purchased by other building inspectors around the world. This inspection software enables us to partially complete out reports in the field on rugged tablet computers. Once we have proof read your inspection reports and added your photographs, we just email it to you.

There is no waiting on end of the phone line or going through a receptionist. You will have our mobile numbers and we suggest you save them into your phone for any future queries you may have. We are your only point of call if you have any queries because conducted your building inspection and therefore we have an intimate knowledge of the problems. Our phones are always on until 10.30 p.m. and we encourage you to call if you are having problems with the report. You pay us to help you and we understand that not everyone understands house construction.
Advanced Termite Detection Equipment
At Safe Home Inspections, we utilise advanced and expensive technology to detect termites in your home and to detect defects that can’t be normally seen. The Termatrac T3i termite radar Microwave technology enables us to detect termite movement in areas we are suspicious of. For example if we located a abnormal damp area on a wall using our Moisture meter we could place the Termatrac radar on this area and termite movement could be seen via radar technology. Safe Homes Testo 875 thermal imaging camera enables us to detect leaks on ceiling linings, leaks from bathrooms and shower recesses, blocked down pipes and in some circumstances larger termite nests in walls and ceilings. Not being able to remove peoples wall or ceiling linings makes this technology mandatory in Safe Home’s opinion and gives us a peace of mind that we have inspected your potential dwelling as thoroughly as we could.
