Kathrin and Andy first came into contact with the Bark Busters training system whilst camped at the Duaringa rest area Northern Qld) , where John Mark and Steph Crandall (Bark Busters Rockhampton and Districts) gave them a one off lesson with their dogs. They noticed an immediate and ongoing improvement in their relationship with their dogs. From then on they both became big supporters of the Bark Busters methods, as they saw firsthand that the system was simple and easy to apply to their much loved dogs. Kathrin and Andy decided they wanted to have a Bark Busters franchise of their own so they could share these methods with other dog owners. Andy grew up and worked on stations with working dogs, whilst Kathrin grew up in Germany with a love and lifelong fascination with dogs. They love spending time with their two Kelpies Peggy & Roy. Helping other people achieve wonderful new relationships with their dogs is something they both have a very strong passion for. The fact that the training is done in your home where dogs are in an unstressed environment enable both owners and their dogs to learn much faster. What impressed them both the most was that under the unique Australia-wide In Home Gold Class Service, Bark Busters will return after the first session to provide ongoing assistance – for the rest of the dogs life.
