We’ve been proudly serving Bondi locals the freshest seafood since 1996. Today, customers trek from all over the eastern suburbs, whether it be for an Easter or Christmas feast, or simply a Sunday night fish and chips. They’re attracted by the fresh catch and that’s all because we’re at the Sydney Fish Markets every day. We also receive interstate deliveries and imported seafood on a daily basis. All fish is filleted by our resident fishmonger who has been with us since day one. He prepares it daily, in small batches, to maintain maximum freshness. Kashrut We proudly serve the Kosher Community, catering specifically for the festivals and high holidays with the finest fish mince and fillets. Kosher fish is prepared every Wednesday, available for collection or delivery on Thursday. It’s prepared under the supervision of the NSW Kashrut Authority with Rabbi Henry Amzalak.
