Each new child is offered a free trial class to get them started. Once they have their shoes and socks off they can have a few minutes play on the equipment before their instructor rings the bell ready to start class. The bell signifies times to join together on the mat as a group and do some activities all together. Then the instructor shows everyone how to use that weeks course. Then parents can choose to help their child do the course again or can have some free play. The instructors are available during the class to guide you and your child.
