Geelong Aquatic Centre, owned and managed by Debbie & Geoff Gill, opened in June 1996 as a private, purpose built, salt-chlorinated learn-to-swim centre. They, along with their dedicated staff, are passionate about children gaining water skills that may save not only their own lives, but those of others. They believe that learning to swim is a lifelong skill that not only opens the door to many recreational activities, but enables children to make sensible decisions in stressful situations.
