Security Courses Trainer- Tony Pearce
With great excitement, Multisec Training welcomes Tony Pearce, a new Security Guard Training teacher, to our growing group of teachers.
Tony Pearce has 32 years of experience in the NSW Security Industry. During that time, he conducted numerous security operations, managed security risk, and worked at the managerial level in private companies and government agencies. He has extensive experience in strategic security management and risk management practice. He has also been involved in all aspects of emergency management and security risk compliance within Federal, State and Local Governments, including private industries throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.
Tony has delivered quality training in the CPP20212 and the new CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations Security Guard Training Course part-time for the past 20 years. He has also assisted training organisations in administering the Security Guard Training course and conducted training reviews. He has also assisted training organisations in developing student-focussed assessments, which has been found to have a profound impact on the success of students as they undertake the security guard training courses
He has extensive experience in assisting students to gain employment in the security industry, leading to long-term success for those students.
