RC Drilling WA Egan Drilling is a Perth based dedicated RC drilling contractor in Western Australia. The business was incorporated in 1986 and has continued to provide drilling efficiency and safety standards through the construction of specialised self contained drilling rigs. We work for all the major mining companies through out Western Australia and continue to receive repeat business. Our commitment to in house training is based on having experienced drillers train the offsiders on safe and correct drilling procedures from the day they arrive, then guide and mentor them through the various stages of becoming an Offsider/Senior Offsider/Relief Driller then eventually a Driller themselves. This process is all backed up by a comprehensive Safety Management System. In our 28 years of operation we have never employed a driller from outside the company - we have trained every single driller ourselves.
