We have prepared a table showing the disclosed sales of 2-bedroom units in Gosford over the last three months. There were 27 sales according to the results reported by Cotality (Formerly RP Data). We have excluded the sales with undisclosed sales amounts or selling agent names.
Although a wide range of agents is represented, Gittoes holds a significant share of the top half of sales amounts, yet they sold the same number of dwellings as Raine & Horne Gosford. Eleven different agencies are represented on our table.
We have added a column showing the $ amounts per square meter of internal floor space. This can serve as a helpful comparison to gauge the effectiveness of the sales agent's results.
