Complete Plumbing Contracting was founded by Ben Young in 1997. Ben has over 25 years experience in the plumbing industry and as the company's Managing Director, his focus is on the development and direction of the company. In 2001, he was joined by his brother Damian Young, who, in the role of Financial Controller, manages the finances of the company as well as associated trusts and commercial interests. Damian utilizes his business analyst skills to proactively manage the company's resources and expenditure going forward. Hilton Young, the eldest brother, joined Complete Plumbing Contracting in 2001 as a site foreman and today he plays a pivotal role in managing multiple projects as our Project Manager. He shares his commitment and passion for plumbing with the plumbing site staff who help comprise the company. Then in 2003, brother Harley Young joined the company, after 18 years of commercial building experience. His expertise is the day-to-day operations of the company and in his role as General Staff Manager; he provides a strong link between Management, Administrative staff and the team in the field, whom he manages with dedication and thorough attention to detail. Complete Plumbing Contracting has always been involved in new commercial and residential construction ventures, and although mainly located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area, has provided plumbing solutions for many regional and interstate locations, as it will continue to do in the future. The business has continued to grow and now employs over 80 staff. Critical to its success is the family nature of the business, which has been instrumental in making it the cohesive, progressive and professional business it is today.
