Local B2B Reviews

TINA CLUNES , 12 August 2025
The cover was made with quality fabric & I was initially impressed as I fitted it to my couch. One of the top back corners wasn't sitting nicely. On further inspection I reaslised that excess fabric was caught up in the seam causing it to pucker/gather in this one area, looking odd & unattractive. I was required to pay for the postage to have it returned & awaited their response to a Quality Control Inspection. No response - I had to recontact them. I finally received a refund for the cover but they refuse to refund the postage cost, stating that the "'slight' creasing is normal" and "does not indicate any damaged or make it unusable" I believe this product did NOT meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and I am entitled to recover the postage costs in returning their product that had a defect, did not look acceptable in appearance or match the advertised photos.
