EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW (CAREER HISTORY): Paul Bradley is Managing Director at Peterson Industries. Since joining the company in 1980 he has served as CNC Programmer, General Foreman, Works Manager and General Manager. Paul has set up e-commerce, expanded all facets of the business, including upgrading to ISO9001, written comprehensive business plans for 11 vital areas of the business and prepares annual budgets. He joined SME in 1989 and is currently Past President of the Society. In 2011 he was the first non USA/Canadian President of SME in its 79 year history. He has extensive Board experience including Constitutions, Bylaws and Procedures documents, developing of Brands and Strategic plans. Paul was recipient of SMEs 1997 Ralph E. Cross Outstanding Young Manufacturing Engineer Award and in 2001 received the Governors Leadership Foundation Fellowship Award. He completed a four-year apprenticeship as a fitter and Turner in South Australia. Paul earned a Diploma of Management from Focus College.
