Traditionally the approach has been that the client needs to fit into the businesses linear processes whether they liked it or not - this wasn't great for the client. We have flipped the priority around and instead we aim to fit around what the client needs and expects - everyone is different and we embrace that fact. Since our inception Melbourne's Best Verandas has grown and flourished with a long list of happy customers. Starting out from a one-man-band we grown to now have dedicated installation crews focused on quality builds, plumbing apprentices on board giving young Aussies an opportunity and friendly admin staff ready to help clients in any way they need. Directors insight: Melbourne's Best Verandas name is also our mission statement - To deliver exactly what the name says, essentially put our promise to the client front and foremost so clients understand our intentions immediately.
