ZERO HONESTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!! DON'T GO TO THEM PAY EXTRA TO GET YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED SKILLED TECHNICIAN. I called on 0491792114 on 24/04/2026 and spoke with JAVED to ask if they can repair in HP ENVY x360 cracked screen as touch is not working. This person miss leaded me from first point. Questions I asked JAVED 1) What is the price range so that I can know and decide if that in my budget – HE SAID “1 screen is 200 plus and 2nd screen is around 300 plus 2) When will this be fixed – HE SAID SAME DAY WE CAN FIX IT, I confirmed again with him that this will be fixed same day right and he SUGAR COATING yes we will fix it same day. As a customer I know that I will be paying MAX of 300 + and this will be fixed on same day. On 26 April 2026, I’m in there shop before 10am Now the technician who is a different person gave me a new price First screen – around 450 + Second Screen – around 500 + I told him this was not what I was told and also I travel from far distance on the information I was given. He called JAVED, This person again lied to the tech saying I already advised customer the screen will range from 200 going up to 500 plus. WHICH WAS COMPLETE LIE. I was told to wait, When JAVED came he said I will open the laptop and see what screen model number and then I will tell the price. I waited in the shop for around 1 hour than he said he needs another hour to see which screen model for my laptop and quote me I told him I WILL ONLY REPAIR IF ITS AROUND $350. I messaged him back in 1hour 30 minutes to check on any update. He said that they are working on my laptop and the price will be $390 + gst. This was the first time he mentioned about GST.I didn't had physical card with me and had only option to tap my phone. He did not advise me what will be the total price he was just taking in the air. And I was told that this should be ready in by 2.30 pm and he will call me. No calls till 2.30pm and I waited, around 3.30pm I called him to check if the laptop is ready, he said they are working on it and in 30mins it should be ready. Around 4.30 I went to the shop and on one was working on my laptop. THIS JAVED WAS ALSO NOT IN THE SHOP. The same technician told me that it is not ready and if I can come tomorrow, I said I came from far and it’s going to be very hard for me to come back. And then he started working on my laptop till 7pm. And he said total I have to pay is $440. I asked why this so called Javed did not advise me the total price from start why when the laptop is fixed than he is giving me the total amount to pay. Also tech called JAVED to advise that he worked extra 2 hours on this laptop DO YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT OR SHOULD I CHARGE THE CUSTOMER !!! Also they have replaced the screen and DAMAGED my Laptop. ZERO HONESTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, FULL OF DISAPPOINTMENT In my entire life I have never had since horrible experience. The moment you call JAVED will start sugarcoating AVOID GOING TO THEM. It is better to go to IT professional, pay extra $$ that will be worth it. I have wasted my $440 if you want to waste yours Money than only approach them.
