The original founder was David Rand. David introduced the first truck mounted crane in Victoria in the early 60's, which revolutionized the handling of roof trusses and wallframes. As well as manufacturing one of the first extension trailers to service the ever increasing spans of roof trusses being produced by the prefabrication industry. David's son Gary started driving in the early 1970s. Gary has built the company into what it is today. Now the third generation of the Rand family are also working with the company.
