We also believe it is essential to respond immediately to orders for non-stocked items. Company Structure : The central warehouse and main office is located in Sydney N. W. From this office we directly promote and service New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia and Queensland representing over 90% of the available market. At this point it is economically viable to address the market of South Australia via a distributor and their Technical Representatives. Technical field Representatives operate from home offices and are located in each State. Technical support and Sales Co-ordinator are located in-house to support the field representatives, responding to customer technical enquiries and providing product training. Customer Service representatives are available for telephone sales and product enquiries. Stores and Shipping Manager efficiently conducts distribution and shipping of our products.
