About KGKS: KGKS is a new Karate school based in the NSW Central Coast in Kincumber. At KGKS, our teachings adhere to the Japanese Goju Kai Karate syllabus and are complimented with the teacher’s own Okinawan Goju Ryu experience.
We teach traditional Karate that is built on the foundations of good teaching; hard work; repetition of the ‘Basics’; discipline and mutual respect.
