The club offers reasonably priced drinks and food, and the deck overlooking the 9th hole is a popular spot for bird-watching. The staff are friendly, and the community-run club is known for its keen golfers. Schnitzel night on Thursdays is highly recommended. Some visitors have also appreciated the opportunity to purchase local merchandise like photo books.
