Board Members The Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia (CPSA) believes it is in a patient's best interest to select only qualified and experienced doctors when considering a cosmetic procedure. CPSA members focus on providing Cosmetic Medicine so patients can rest assured they are being treated by an appropriately trained expert. It has been shown many times that improving one's appearance can improve self esteem considerably. CPSA members know from experience what can be achieved through minimally invasive procedures. We aim to provide the public with up-to-date information about Cosmetic Medicine and help them locate qualified doctors who specialise in cosmetic procedures. Relevant training and experience are prerequisites for admission to the CPSA. The procedures available to practitioners are burgeoning and new medical and scientific research appears with ever-increasing regularity. We provide our members with the most up-to-date, relevant information, and it is a condition of membership of the CPSA that our doctors keep abreast of the latest medical and scientific advances. We also liaise with health and ethics authorities to help ensure that regulations and guidelines keep pace with new technology and procedures. We also oversee a code of conduct and a self-regulatory framework to which all CPSA members must adhere. Current CPSA Board Members: President: Dr Gabrielle Caswell Vice President: Dr Jan Knight Secretary: Dr Anita Hegde Treasurer: Dr Eddie Roos Public Relations.
