My approach to clients is in a gentle holistic and effective way to get results in few sessions - my promise to you is that you will notice the difference from your first session. My techniques are gentle and less invasive because I found that applying more pressure i.e. feeling more pain will not remove or release the pain that you already have. I use only the techniques that come from proven medical and clinical research and studies to provide you with a safe and effective treatment. Since I started my massage and bodywork career in 2003, I have helped many people in wide range of concerns from general de-stress and health maintenance through to specific issues and injuries; by focusing on your body balance and posture within each treatment and treating the cause of your symptoms, which is not always where you feel the pain. Many imbalances within the body's internal organs and systems are also promoted through my work, because the body structure governs the function of body's internal organs and systems. I believe bodywork and massage is the key to maintaining a healthy body to enjoy life.
