After completing 3 bathrooms, Robert from Hb Home Improvements at my request sent me a dodgy Warranty with the wrong surname and a date for the completion of the bathrooms for November 2026, which hasn't occurred yet. For one month I have been sending sms, emails, phone calls and he refuses to correct the warranty. He also refuses to issue me with waterproofing certificates. His plumber did bad work. He cut holes/gaps with a multitool around the taps on the shower and bath areas. Despite my request the plumber stuffed up the plumbing in the kitchen and laundry. You cannot use the sink tap in the kitchen or laundry if the dishwasher or the washing machine are disconnected. Robert refused to take 3 bathrooms worth of waste away
He demanded photos. He wanted the final payment before. He agreed after a big fight. 4 men and 3 big trucks came to take it away, then we paid the last payment.
