All appointments will be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit via phone or SMS. Cancellation Policy Your salon services are reserved especially for you. Late arrivals will be shortened to respect the next appointment. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are available and can be purchased either in person or can be paid for over the phone and mailed out . Gift Vouchers are valid for a six month period. All appointments failing to turn up will result in the loss of your deposit or a 50% reduction in gift voucher. Refund Products and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Payment At Nancy’s Skin Care we accept cash, credit cards and eftpos for payment .
