Coast Yoga in Adelaide was established in 1994 by Vanessa Shribman. Through Iyengar yoga, its teachers are able to gradually build your strenght, flexibility and stamina. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes which work every muscle and joint, targeting stiffness and injuries. The Coast Yoga Centre is a friendly and caring community of teachers and students.
