FKS Cleaning Group started in the 1980s as a small family team helping neighbours with end-of-lease cleans and weekly home cleaning. The idea was simple: turn up on time, clean thoroughly, and charge a clear price. Four decades later we’re still family-run, still Melbourne-wide, and our rules haven’t changed: fixed price, no extras.
Where many cleaners use a “cheap first clean” and then raise the price, we do the opposite. Regular clients pay the same fixed price from day one—no “first clean” surcharge, no hourly creep, no surprise add-ons. For vacate cleans, we include time-stamped “after” photos (Photo Proof) and our bond-back re-clean + $30 credit if your property manager flags an item related to our work. It’s cleaning without the games.
