We are one of the many Men's Sheds that do charitable acts for our local community, there are over 706 Men's Sheds all over Australia. Our function is to do handy man repair jobs for those who are needy. Our group builds toys and sell them to gain financial support to carry out our community projects. We build things like bird boxes and wind chimes and many other things. We offer support to the elderly by mowing lawns and weeding gardens. This helps them to stay at home longer. We offer support to schools and hospitals by being supportive in repairing things for them and we even do mentoring, offering support to those men who are looking for activities to do. We are always in need of community financial support, and are looking for more volunteers for our cause, men from all walks of life have joined us. We are located in front of the Elermore Vale Community Centre and we are very supportive of all their activities as well.
