Centre Objectives Board of Management Eastwood Community Centre is an incorporated, non-profit organisation that operates under a Constitution which is available at the Centre office. The Centre is governed by a Board of Management whose role is to focus on the broad issues of organisational purpose and to form the overarching framework for running Eastwood Community Centre. The Board’s accountabilities are to approve the Centre’s strategic framework, ensure financial viability and compliance with legislation including obligations such as taxation, Workcover, insurance and the meeting of contractual and service obligations. The Centre’s Management Committee is made up of dedicated professionals who volunteer their time and expertise.
