Being ideally located in Dunsborough, Stableford Cottage Holiday Home is very central: Yallingup in less than 10 min drive, Dunsborough CBD in less than 5 min drive. You can go to the beach by bike if you want as its less than 2km away, and flat. The location of Stableford Cottage is ideal as you are close to the shops, cafes, beaches, and the markets. The house itself is in a very quiet area (cul-de-sac), with lovely neighbours and great views on Hole #8 on the Golf course. You can even access the Golf Course through the gate in the garden. It is a 3 x 2, with a carport and plenty of parking space at the front. It comes with free wi-fi, and there is a lounge room at the front with a TV, a bathtub in the big bathroom and 2 showers. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, the other bedrooms have 2 x Single beds (and an extra mattress if you need it) and 1 x Double size bed. Stableford Cottage is self-contained.
