Catering at Nirimba Tafe last Thursday felt like being in the Antartic. What a cold old day.
Luckily the guests were inside for most of the day - so it was only us freezing.
All went extremely well with loads of positive comments on all features - Morning Tea,
Spit Roast Luncheon, and Afternoon Tea.
