Live stream: zoom were informed that wedding venue warned us of no reception and live streams previously not working. We were assured it would work, they use 5g and money was taken for service. Live stream did not work throughout most important sections of vowels and family was not able to watch at all. I informed zoom of this, however was told "your vowels are in the main video" This was paid for separately. Live stream did not work, we were assured it would and no refund provided. Photos: no communication with bride or groom about what we wanted captured. There was not a single photo of me and my parents or groom and his. No photos of our inlaws at all. Only a couple with our kids. Mostly candid photos of friends which were extremely unflattering moments. No photos of friends actually posing, no photos of us posing with friends. Photo edits: basic black and white and what looked like fog or mist. Video: the full video was one of the worst things I have ever watched. The edit was horrible. It looked like they just added everything they caught on the day and slapped some music we wanted over the top. In sections they zoomed on shoes and dress with the same scenes for close to a min. The music we provided was in wrong sections, for eg dancing music placed over our photo taking scenes it made absolutely no sense. They did not even edit the dancing and the dancing music together. Essentially the end was just a camera set up on the dance floor in one angle and captured at least 30-40 mins of dancing that just got played the whole way through. No editing at all. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but in this case I am left with no choice as they cut of communication with us and took payment on our wedding day. I have asked for them to send me the raw photos and videos so that we can edit this our selves. We have provided feedback re our experience and asked for refund only for live stream which was not provided. They have not communicated with us at all and have disappeared. Do not use their services. Weddings is a once in a life time experience and zoom did not provide a good service.
