The Yoga Factory promises to uphold the lineage and ancient traditions of Yoga in an urban and funky location. Our first priority is to the student and the daily classes. Our studio offers a sanctuary in the hussle and bustle of the city. An absolute east meets west in downtown Camperdown. Bringing together a mix of teachers who all have a great love and passion of Yoga, who practice daily and teach with their hearts, smiles and personalities. What should you bring to your Yoga class Just your smiles! Let go of instant gratification and attachment to ego. Commit to a regular practice and over time the space created on the mat will permeate your life. You will begin to feel that space around your life, the present will be come more enduring. The past and future will not consume you so much. There will be a quality of breath, space between the thoughts, feelings and a beginning of a wonderful relationship with self. From that, compassion and empathy will become much more present, then our ability to include and love others will become more prevalent. From there well, the world is your oyster, you will find your nature, your good centre.. your suk! You don’t need mats, bolsters, blocks, water etc etc. we have it all.. and it’s FREE !
