PARRAMATTA WESTFIELD Worst customer Care service ever. The manager Reema is very rude and does not have any customer service sense. They damaged my phone (cracked the screen) during an upgrade assessment and said they can't replace it or fix it. When I said I wanted it in writing they asked my to take up with customer care on the online portal. Really upset.
