Yes Optus Dapto

The staff at Optus Dapto are awful people. Had my wallet stolen and my id was used to purchase a mobile phone plan at Optus. The manager was not sympathetic and did not apologise for this happening. I know that they used my Drivers Licence and the person had no resemblance to me. The forged signature was not remotely like mine. The Manager tried to tell me that they hadn't had Identity Fraud happen in his store and yet the Police told me it was happening all the time. Police found them very difficult to deal with over the matter. The manager was arrogant and callous. The other staff would not look at me when I was in the store. Vodaphone had the same thing happen in their store and the manager noticed that the person had no resemblance to the photo id and that the signature did not match. I would not recommend anyone use Optus Dapto.
