NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Decided to engage Xpress Security for small access control and CCTV upgrade, and thought that going for the "premium" price would eqal premium service. How wrong i was! Not only was the supplied equipment different then what was originally quoted, i was told by them that the quoted equipment was no longer available, and the supplied equipment would suffice. 3 months later and STILL waiting for install to be complete, and they have said they will not return until invoice is paid in full!
