Our kids classes are age specific programs and all are separate for beginners, intermediate and advanced students, weapons classes, creative forms and self defence. Adult classes are also separate. We are more than kicking and punching. We teach the kids life skills as discipline, respect, focus and concentration, self-confidence and the “Yes I can” attitude for life-long success. Adults classes are a fun and safe way to get into shape and relieve stress, while learning valuable self defence, improve cardio, tone muscle, increase flexibility and improve coordination.
