White Building Co is a family owned and operated business lead by Greg White. The company was established in 1993 and over that time we have expanded our operations to include: building new homes, extensions and renovations to existing homes, government and commercial projects, as well as property development . Our key personnel include: Greg White: Owner and Manager - operations, property development projects Jeff Riley: Supervisor - government, commercial & renovation projects Brent White: Estimator Carla White & Tegan Shea: Office Managers Tiffany Bignell: Office Assistant Bret East, Manager - Cabstyle division We have a strong commitment to supporting our local community so it is White Building Co policy to employ local trades and apprentices. With our new home division our key point of difference is that our designs are base plans that we encourage our clients to customise to personalise their home to their individual requirements. For our extensions and renovation projects we only use White Building Co staff, not contractors, to work in our clients’ homes. Our reliability on government and commercial projects is renowned. The jobs we undertake are quite varied, from shop fit-outs to working on Shire of Collie projects. White Building Co has the contract for carrying out improvements in schools in the Collie area. When it comes to property development our dedicated team can guide you step by step through the process. We can tackle house behind a house, duplex, triplex and multi unit site projects. Finally there’s our cabinetmaking division, Cabstyle Quality and Design . When the company acquired cabinetmaking firm, Cabstyle, we invited former owner Bret East to join White Building Co too.
