Hello. Re comment from Caroline Jelle. Our Company does not know this person and the event she has described has never happened. We would exchange any goods found to be Faulty and have never had a customer wait 9 weeks.We cannot increase the price of any goods at random as any customer could purchases from another supplier as unlike Fashion Industry we do not have exclusive lines. As to the look of the premises it has character and small shop HUGE range is a Bonus to any potential buyer

My experience with this company and the extremely rude owner Devon has made the renovation of my house disastrous. Our tiles were 9 weeks late. When we received the tiles many were faulty and broken. When trying to return these Devon was extremely unhelpful and blatantly rude. He additionally raised the price of other items he knew we needed and were unable to buy elsewhere. I would never use this company again. I should have realised from the just the look of the shop that this wasn’t a creditable business.
