Description
Well & Good Pilates studio caters mainly for those over 40 who would prefer not to exercise at a gym. Our beautiful mat and equipment studios are set in a peaceful garden setting designed to maximise your relaxation and feeling of well-being. We can guarantee you will leave feeling refreshed and peaceful.
In addition to our Pilates Classes we offer a remedial massage therapist on Tuesdays and Saturdays and a Bowen Therapist on Mondays and Thursdays.
We are happy to show you through our studio at any time to ensure we will meet your needs. If you are serious about making a commitment to regular exercise, at least once a week, then come and find out about the various programs we have to offer. We are a friendly, relaxed and accepting community.
