I have never had a bad experience in the whole time I have been ordering from this company, I have always found them to be easy to deal with, fast dispatch and delivery, I am happy to recommend them to family and friends.
Absolutely DISGUSTED with this place, made a over $400 order only to receive it and find all the 10 table runners,50 Chair sashes and 50 Lanterns Were all the wrong color NOT as described or as pictured on their web site. Do not recommend anyone deal with this company

Damaged goods, refused to refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Wholesale wedding superstore sent me over $70 worth of realtouch calla lilies that were creased and crushed, splattered with white liquid and with the latex peeling off the foam. I contacted them the same day I received the items and they pre-approved a refund, but after I spent another $20 to ship them back, they marked the package RTS, accused me of causing the damage and refused to provide a refund.
Avoid them, and make sure everyone you know who is getting married avoids them too!
