Warners Bay Pilates is a boutique; fully equipped Pilates studio located in the heart of Lake Macquarie. Established in 2007, we have been helping the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie communities move better for over 20 years through personalised, professional Pilates instruction.
Led by experienced Pilates Practitioner Jillian Went, our studio specialises in Clinical Pilates, Equipment Pilates, Rehabilitation Pilates and personalised movement programs designed to suit every individual. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, improving strength and balance, preparing for surgery, returning after pregnancy or simply wanting to move with greater confidence, every program is tailored to your goals and abilities.
Our fully equipped boutique studio offers small-group sessions with a maximum of four clients per instructor, ensuring individual attention and expert guidance in every class. We work closely with local allied health professionals to support long-term movement, strength and wellbeing.
