This mob is like the Mafia. Their office is like a fortress hidden away in an industrial area and all they do is rip money off people without doing anything for their clients. The manager, H**** B*******, as you will read on other reviews, is a dictatorial 19th century style school mistress type. I almost lost my unit, which I own outright, because I got behind with their exorbitant fees and "special levies". Despite my attempts at negotiation with them, they chose to relentlessly pursue legal action in the Supreme Court culminating in the Sheriff seizing my property and putting it up for auction. I had to borrow $13,000 to keep my home and pay the outstanding fees, most of which was the legal costs they chose to incur. Stay away from this bunch of shysters!

I have investment properties that are managed by body corporate and so far Wal Jones is _the worst_ body corp I ever had to deal with. You will find similar feedback if you call any property rental agencies in Seaford area and ask them about Wal Jones.
