Waikerie Lifestyle Village is the first and only land lease community in South Australia's Riverland. More than 60 homes are a part of our Village, as of today, with a total of 150 homes planned for the completed development. Residents can choose to design and build their home, pick a readily available floorplan or buy a newly built spec home.
