Ross has participated in the development of intensive rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities, for people with work injuries and young adults who have not been able to identify their long term work directions. Ross has also participated in Consultancy Forums, Community programs, Interagency development, Charity Services, Media spots and fund raising activities. In 1991, Ross decided to formalise his extensive range of "hands-on" experience with a Degree in Health Sciences specialising in Employment, Disability, Discrimination and research Statistics. Ross is accredited to work in NSW Workers Compensation, Comcare and Seacare jurisdictions, Corporate entities and within the wider community. Ross has maintained professional standards and is a fully financial member of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors. ASORC.
