Description
Village Property Services started in 2007 under the name Village Plumbing & Gas by current director Timothy Egan. Securing their first government contract in 2009, the business expanded rapidly from two employees to five almost instantly.
Company description
In 2011, Tim’s brother, James Egan, joined the business as an apprentice. Following completion of his training, he became a director in 2014 and the company evolved to Village Property Services.
After winning further government contracts in Dandenong and Geelong, the Village Property Services team has grown to 15 plumbers and 2 administration staff. Village Property Services operate from the Geelong Head Office and also have offices in Ballarat and Seaford.Tim and James are proud of the culture that thrives within the company and have a deep affinity with the staff who are integral to the ongoing development of the company.
The turnover of staff is minimal, which is a reflection of the family mentality within the business. As 3rd generation plumbers, Tim and James know what it takes to make a customer happy and ensure the highest standard of workmanship is applied to all jobs, no matter how big or small.
