We value the rights of the child to have access to a positive early education and we achieve this by providing developmentally appropriate programs that are based on the individual child’s interests and needs. Our aim is to provide a consistent, high standard of care and early childhood education to children and families in regional areas. In order to nurture enquiring minds we aim to educate in a way that encourages individualism, critical thinking skills, initiative, choice and appreciation of differences. We embrace Being, Belonging and Becoming as part of the Early Years Learning Framework. We strive to provide a warm, happy and secure environment within a high quality educational environment for children and their families that encourages respect for each other and the environment. We focus on individual children’s well-being and their interests and plan our educational programs from these. We are passionate about programs that encourage children to develop at their own pace in all areas of development, where the environment is sharing, respectful and where we strive for a successful inclusive environment.
